My Life Spa was born in 2020 from a deeply personal experience. After undergoing gallbladder surgery, our founder faced unbearable post-operative inflammation and pain. Desperate to find relief and learn more about the healing potential of massage therapy, she began her journey as a spa assistant, in an environment where no one believed in her, largely due to her background in business administration.
Driven by purpose rather than doubt, she immersed herself in research, discovering how massage therapy promotes circulation, reduces pain, and supports recovery. What began as a personal need transformed into a professional calling.
Today, she holds a degree in Phlebotomy, is a certified Industrial Safety Technician, and a licensed Massage Therapist. A combination that gives My Life Spa a uniquely informed, medically aware approach to wellness.
